O trio Mike Conway/Kamui Kobayashi/José MarÁ­a López (Toyota GR010 #7) conquistou a pole-position para a 89ª edição das 24 Horas de Le Mans, no Circuito de la Sarthe, em Le Mans, na França. Na Hyperpole o trio marcou o tempo de 3m23s900.

O trio Kazuki Nakajima/Brendon Hartley/Sébastien Buemi, no Toyota GR010 #8, completa a dobradinha da fabricante japonesa.

O brasileiro André Negrão, em trio com os francês nicolas Lapierre e Matthieu Vaxiviere (Alpine A480 # 36) abre a segunda fila, seguido pelo trio formado pelo compatriota Pipo Derani, e os franceses Franck Mailleux e Olivier Pla (Glickenhaus 007 #708).
