WTCR: Esteban Guerrieri reassume a liderança do campeonato

O argentino Esteban Guerrieri (Honda/Münnich) reassumiu a liderança da temporada 2019 do FIA World Touring Car Cup (WTCR), após a disputa da oitava etapa, no Circuito de Suzuka, no Japão.

Guerrieri venceu a primeira prova da etapa. O húngaro Norbert Michelisz (Hyundai/BRC), que começou a etapa na liderança do campeonato, venceu a segunda prova. E o sueco Johan Kristoffersson (Vw)/Loeb) a terceira prova.

O brasileiro Augusto Farfus (Hyundai/BRC) conquistou apenas um ponto, com a 15ª posição na primeira prova.

Guerrieri lidera o campeonato com 289 pontos, sete a mais do que Michelisz.

A próxima etapa acontece em Macau, nos dias 16 e 17 de novembro.
